The Chicago Jets Team Culture Initiative serves to foster strong team culture throughout the organization by honoring players and creating sacred symbols that lend themselves to rituals of team building.
The Alumni Wall was created to honor Chicago Jets players who have graduated on to junior hockey and to inspire current players.
The Believe sign design (based on the hit show Ted Lasso) is redesigned to fit the branding of the Chicago Jets in order to establish a tradition of team building crafted by Jets leadership. Players tap the Believe sign before entering the ice rink and the alumni wall honors the legacies of those who have continued their hockey career beyond the Jets and contributed so much to the organization.
